KSB Thailand (“เรา”) ให้ความสำคัญกับความเป็นส่วนตัวของลูกค้าและผู้เยี่ยมชม นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บ ใช้ และปกป้องข้อมูลอย่างไร
1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

2. การใช้ข้อมูล
เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่อดำเนินการคำสั่งซื้อ จัดส่งสินค้า ให้บริการหลังการขาย และติดต่อลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับคำสั่งซื้อเท่านั้น
3. เนื้อหาบนโซเชียลมีเดีย
เราเผยแพร่เนื้อหาการตลาด (รูปสินค้าและคำบรรยาย) บนเพจ Facebook ของเราเอง โดยใช้เครื่องมือภายในของเรา เครื่องมือนี้เผยแพร่เฉพาะเนื้อหาที่เราสร้างขึ้นเอง ลงบนเพจของเราเท่านั้น ไม่เข้าถึง ไม่เก็บ และไม่ประมวลผลข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ของผู้ติดตามหรือผู้ใช้ Facebook รายอื่น
4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูลต่อบุคคลที่สาม
เราไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า และไม่แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลกับบุคคลที่สาม ยกเว้นผู้ให้บริการขนส่งที่จำเป็นต่อการจัดส่งสินค้า
5. การเก็บรักษาและความปลอดภัย
ข้อมูลถูกจัดเก็บอย่างปลอดภัยและเก็บไว้เท่าที่จำเป็นตามกฎหมายและการดำเนินธุรกิจ เราใช้มาตรการที่เหมาะสมในการป้องกันการเข้าถึงโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต

KSB Thailand (“we”, “us”) respects the privacy of our customers and visitors. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information necessary to sell and serve — name, shipping address, phone number, and order details — provided directly by the customer through our ordering channels (Facebook, LINE, or marketplaces). We do not store credit card information on our own systems.
2. How We Use Information
We use information solely to process orders, ship products, provide after-sales service, and contact customers about their orders.
3. Social Media Content
We publish marketing content (product images and captions) to our own Facebook Page using our internal tool. This tool publishes only content we create ourselves, to our own Page. It does not access, store, or process the personal data of our followers or any other Facebook users.
4. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information with third parties, except shipping providers necessary to deliver products.
5. Retention & Security
Information is stored securely and kept only as long as necessary for legal and business purposes. We apply appropriate measures to prevent unauthorized access.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us through the channels below.
